Wish I could give 10 stars! Bill is incredible; the whole company is professional from the first call til they exit after repairs. I have never had such a considerate and thorough repair person come out. It was a 2-day job due to unforeseen complications beyond their control. He was so considerate of the time but also determined to not leave us without a toilet. Then he cleaned up the entire workspace! He was also super nice to our dog and our dog thought they were best friends by the time he was done! Thankful we found this company!

He’s friendly, knowledgeable, polite, accommodating when bombarded with questions, willing to go down the rabbit hole of home improvement ideas… and he has a good sense of humor! The fact that Rapid Repairs covers so many home repair specialties made this meeting a one-stop, thought-gathering experience. I couldn’t ask for better and am now comfortable moving forward. My rapid repairs technician was punctual and efficient with his time. Dave did excellent work and took care to provide good workmanship on all the components I needed fixed. I look forward to booking Rapid Repairs in the future.

Appointment was for between 2-5pm. Will arrived exactly at 2pm. He spent over two hours looking at, photographing, measuring, and note-taking of interior damage. Absolutely thorough. 5.0!
